1914-1919 – Vladimir Grigoriev – “Vladisa”
One of the Club’s founders in 1914 and its first president from 1914 till 1919. As football player – right winger, participates in the first matches of Levski from 1914 till 1918 – a total of 4 seasons.

1920-1922 – Dimitar Ivanov (1887 – 1935)
Football figure of the Club and president thereof from 1920 till 1922. From 1926 till 1935 (till his death) is the president of the Bulgarian National Sports Federation (BNSF). By trade – officer. Participant in the Balkan War and in the First World War. Bearer of military crosses.

1922-1923 – Dimitar Pisarov (1893 – 1976)
Sports figure of the Club from 1919 till 1926 and its president in 1922 and 1923. By trade – officer. Participant in the Balkan War and in the First World War. Bearer of military crosses.

1924-1925 – Stefan Prodanov
Sports figure of the Club from 1920 till 1944. President of the Club for 8 years (1923, 1924, 1925, 1927, 1928, 1929, 1937, 1941).
Called “the Father of Levski”. By trade – merchant.

1926 – Petar Stoyanovich (1897 – 1972)
Founder of Levski and striker in the first team from 1914 till 1919 – a total of 5 seasons. Long-year figure in the Club from 1923 till 1940. President of the Club for 8 years (1926, 1932 – 1934, 1936, 1938 – 1940). By trade – economist with doctors degree.

1930-1931 – Iordan Ganchev
A figure in the Club. Its president in 1930 and 1931. Father of Kamen Ganchev - prominent athlete of Levski and the national team. Deputy in the period from 1928 till 1934.

1934 – Academic Dimitar Orahovats (1892 – 1963)
Sports figure of the Club and its president in 1934. Professor in physiology in the Medical Academy and long-year rector thereof. One of the health science organizers in Bulgaria.

1935 – Hristo Danchev (not known – 1935)
Figure of Levski. Prsident of the Club during the first half of 1935. General of the Bulgarian Army.

1935 – Dimitar Valchev
Long-year figure of Levski (from 1930 till 1940). Medical advisor also of the Club. In 1935 after the death of Hristo Danchev was elected president of Levski. By trade – doctor.

1942-1944 – Stoyan Redjov
Figure and patron of the Club from 1942 till 1944. For three years totally is president of the Club. By trade – merchant.

1945-1946 – Nikola Iotov
Figure and president of the Club during one of the most difficult periods (1945, 1946).

1949-1951 – Ivan Aladjov (1909 – 1997)
Long-year figure of Levski (1945 – 1989) and president for 3 years (from 1949 till 1951). As the Deputy Postmaster General has great desert for the Club rescue in one of its most difficult periods under the name of Dinamo from 1950 till 1956.

1952 – Parush Parushev (not known – 1995)
Sporting figure. Member of the Club’s management from 1952 till 1958 and president in 1952.

1958-1958 – Dimitar Yanev
Figure of the Club in the time when named Dinamo (1950 – 1958) and president from 1954 till 1958.

1959-1960 – Velin Georgiev
Figure of the Club and president in 1959 and 1960.

1961-1962 – Dencho Yurukov (1925 – 1989)
President of the Club in 1961 and 1962.
By trade – jurist.

1963-1965 – Angel Barzashki (1924)
President of Levski from 1963 till 1965. Draws in the Czech coach R. Vitlachil wherewith Levski becomes champion of the country after 12-years break. Long-year figure and president of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation, vice president and chief secretary of the world Volleyball Federation, vice president of BOC.

1966-1968 – Asen Mladenov
Sporting figure of the Club. President of Levski from 1966 till 1968 and in 1980 – a total of 4 years. After the merger of Levski and Spartak is the Vice President of the Club (1969 – 1979).

1969-1971 – Luben Chervenushev
Sporting figure. After the merger of Levski and Spartak is the President of the society for three years (1969, 1970, 1971).

1972-1974 – Todor Stanchev (1921 – 2002)
Figure of the Club and president from 1972 till 1974.
As sportsman is repeated champion of Bulgaria in pistl practice.

1975-1979 – Borislav Lazarov
Long-year sporting figure and president of Levski-Spartak SFS from 1975 till 1989 including of the football club from 1975 till 1979. Colonel in the Ministry of Interior.

1985-1986 – Alexander Tsvetanski
Sporting figure and president of the Club for one year after its disbanding and renaming as Vitosha (1985).

1986-1988 – Lazar Lazarov
Party and sporting figure. President of the football club in the period from 1986 till 1988.

1981-1983; 1988-1989 – Danail Nikolov
Comsomol, party and sporting figure. Until 1970 is president of Akademik (Sofia. Since 1970 till 1975 is president of the Bulgarian Football Federation. Since 1971 till 1978 is vice president of Levski-Spartak  and from 1981 till 1983 is president of the football club.

1983-1985; 1989-1990 – Krastio Chakarov (1927 – 1999)
Coach and figure of the Club. Graduated the coach’s school in Moscow. Champion of Bulgaria in 1968, winner of the Cup of Bulgaria in 1967. president of the football club from 1983 till 1990. In 1985 is dismissed from the sports movement with decision of Central Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party. Reinstated in 1989.

1991 – Vasil Spasov (1919 – 1996)
Long-year football player (1941 – 1953) and coach (1954 – 1978). Five times champion as football player and four times winner of the Cup. A coach wins the Title and the Cup in 1977. Long-year figure of the Club and president in the period 1990 – 1991.

1999-2001 – Tomas Lafchis
Football player of the Club from 1977 till 1979. Champion and Cup winner in  1979. President of the Club from 1991 till 1999.

1999-2001 – Vladimir Grashnov (1952 – 2001)
Manages the Club from 1999 till 2001. In the time of his management the team dominates completely on the home football stage. By trade – businessman. Former president of MobilTel.

2002-2004 – Mihail Chorni
Mihail Semionovich Chiorni, known as Michael Chorni and Mihail Shernei is citizen of Russia, USA and Israel. In 1999 becomes virtual owner of Levski and president from 2002 till 2004. By trade – businessman.

2004 – Todor Batkov
Doctor of Law. Manages the Club since 1999. Member of the Sofia Bar and of the International Bar Association with headquarters in Paris. Member of the Supervisory  Board of MobilTel Ltd. President of the Board of Directors of Standard News Ltd – publisher of Standart newspaper.

Longest presidents of the Club have been Stefan Prodanov and Dr. Petar Stoyanovich – 8 years, and Tomas Lafchis – 9 years.
